Join us for our semi-annual Teddy Bear Drive Week benefiting Texas Children's Hospital! We are inviting you, your family, friends and coworkers to participate in this special cause.
Monday, Feb. 8 through Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010, NEW patients that bring in a NEW 12" or larger stuffed animal will receive their initial consultation and full spinal surface electromyelograph (EMG) at NO CHARGE!!!
Tuesday, Feb. 9th (only), CURRENT patients that bring in a NEW 12" or larger stuffed animal will receive their consultation with the doctor that day at NO CHARGE!!!
PLEASE NOTE: Due to infection control policies at Texas Children's Hospital, all stuffed animals must be NEW. Because of high patient volume during Teddy Bear Drive Week, we require patients to call for an appointment at (713) 622-3456. Walk-ins are accepted during normal business hours but may result in a longer wait than usual during this busy week.
All stuffed animals will be donated to Texas Children's Hospital. Thank you in advance for brightening the lives of children and their families at Texas Children's Hospital!
